The minimum stay is 7 days (6 Nights) and subjected to the prevailing terms and conditions of stay stipulated in the Offer of Accommodation/Tenancy Agreement. No pre-termination of stay is allowed.
The rates quoted are inclusive of utility charges, subject to the prevailing goods and services tax, and may be changed without notice.
A security deposit and advance payment will also apply upon booking.
The property requires guests checking-in to be at least 18 years of age.
